100% Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Typically 60%-75% new French Oak and 25%-40% neutral French Oak, aged approximately 24-27 months in barrel before bottling.

Only four barrels, just 100 cases, are produced each vintage. As the only single-vineyard wine made from the property, this is a rare offering.

Patience is a virtue as Stardust typically receives an extra 24-36 months of cellar aging after bottling and before release. It is an investment we think is worthwhile.
